North Scottsdale condo complex sells out

Going like hotcakes?

Or, perhaps, hot dogs?

A Chicago-based developer says it has sold out its North Scottsdale condo complex – long before the residences are built.

“Portico, the 112-unit luxury condominium community at the Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road in North Scottsdale, is proud to announce that it is now fully sold,” crowed a press release from Chicago-based Belgravia Group.

Portico is on Scottsdale Road just north of the Loop 101.

Spoiler alert: There’s more to come:

“Following sales success, Belgravia Group plans to announce its next North Scottsdale project soon.”

According to the company, Portico will not be completed until next spring, with construction on the “luxury condominium development” well underway.

This is the Chicago developer’s first project in Scottsdale – but not the last.

The nine-building complex features one- through four-bedroom floor plans from $600,000 to $2 million price tags.

Amenities include an outdoor pool and spa, upscale clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center and “picturesque views of the McDowell Mountains.”

“Sales for Portico outpaced all our expectations,” said Elizabeth Brooks, executive vice president of Belgravia Group.

First condos will be ready for residents this summer, she added.

Portico is located at 19355 N. 73rd Way in Scottsdale. For more information about the luxury condominiums, visit porticocondos.com.
