Keith Mishkin founded Cambridge Properties in 1994 and is recognized as one of the premier Brokers for luxury residential living in the Phoenix-Scottsdale market. Most notably, since 2003 Cambridge Properties has closed over one billion dollars in new home sales of urban lifestyle developments as well as single-family homes in Metro Phoenix. Keith directly oversees all aspects of the sales and marketing of a community from inception through completion.
With nearly 10,000 homes sold in all price points, notable experience includes The Residences at 2211 Camelback, Esplanade Place across from Biltmore Fashion Park, Montelucia in Paradise Valley and Two Biltmore Estates. In addition to the award winning New Home Sales division, Cambridge Properties has a boutique resale and investment division with several of the top sales professionals in the market today. Keith is also an active real estate investor having personally invested in over 300 transactions ranging from individual homes to large unimproved parcels, to hotels, offices and apartments.

Henry focuses on commercial real estate dispositions, acquisitions, and tenant representation in Arizona and throughout the country. His clients include private investors, family real estate companies, and larger institutions. Henry also represents local, regional, and soon-to-be national tenants. Henry began his commercial real estate career at Marcus and Millichap in 2011 and joined Chris “Oz” Osborn at Real Companies in 2021. He is committed to consistently adding value to his clients and the Cambridge team. Henry has sold and leased more than $300M in more than 150 transactions in 18 States.
Henry works closely with his clients through every step of the commercial real estate investment and site selection processes. From location underwriting and business operations analysis through to targeted investment returns, exits, or successful business operations, he provides valuable input on success factors, pricing, and marketing strategies. Henry regularly seeks out market opportunities and reviews demographic, psychographic, and more recently value-graphic data, listing agreements, and purchase contracts, assists in obtaining and reviewing due diligence materials, and assembles teams of qualified and reputable vendors. These vendors include CPA’s, attorneys, contractors, brokers, investors, landlords, tenants, title agencies, banks, and mortgage brokers.
Henry developed a passion for service and relationship-building during his upbringing in NYC’s tri-state area, which is the most densely populated MSA in the country. He began working at age 12 in a deli and has been either an employee or an employer ever since. He is also a committed and consistent contributor to his family and his community. His wife Alicia, 8-year-old daughter Cassidy and identical 5-year-old twin sons David and Michael fill his days with joy. He is an active participant at his temple where he regularly serves on the facilities and community service subcommittees. He remains involved with the alumni organization of his ASU fraternity, Pi Kappa Alpha, and is an Open Spaces volunteer in Flagstaff. His favorite activities include running, calisthenics, biking, swimming, golf, and snowboarding, among others. From NY to Arizona, and in his family, his community, and the commercial real estate business, Henry’s work ethic and adventurous nature are the tools he leans on for success.

Dave is one of the Valley’s top sales managers and trainers. Over the past nearly 30 years, David has been involved with all facets of the homebuilding business in Arizona and has sold over 10,000 homes. David has worked in land acquisitions, construction, development, financing, and product development. This diversity of experience has allowed him to develop long-term business relationships that provide Cambridge clients with a reliable and effective sales and marketing team.
David works closely with our developers through every step of the real estate lifecycle. From land acquisition through the closing of the last home in a community, he provides valuable input on product development, pricing, short- and long-term marketing strategies and advertising. David reviews purchase contracts, assists in obtaining the public reports, and recommends and assembles a team of professionals. This team includes title agencies, sales personnel and mortgage lenders, whose services are tailored to each community’s specific needs. David also oversees the Cambridge Properties’ contract administration team and provides ongoing training and support to the sales staff.
