Belgravia Group Brings Chicago Sophistication to Scottsdale’s Portico

Scottsdale is certainly no stranger to luxury. Knowing that, Belgravia Group, Chicago’s award-winning real estate developer with more than 75 years of luxury developments constructed under its brand is bringing its first Phoenix metro development, Portico, to North Scottsdale.

Stunningly and strategically placed at the Valley’s newest luxury corridor at Scottsdale Road and the Loop 101, Portico features a collection of 112 luxury condominium residences and upscale amenities with the McDowell Mountains serving as nature’s serene backdrop to this beautiful development.

“Portico is our first development in the Phoenix market,” said Elizabeth Brooks, EVP of Sales and Marketing at Belgravia Group. “Belgravia’s principles have spent several years enjoying Scottsdale in their personal lives, and now our team is excited to bring to Scottsdale the same development expertise and quality that we have delivered to Chicago for over 75 years. Our sales pace has more than surpassed our expectations. Now, we look forward to delivering the same seamless homebuying process, quality and white glove service that is at the core of what Belgravia Group does best.”

The Development

The residences at Portico will be located within nine discrete buildings, each with only five floors and enclosed parking, offering intimacy and privacy not found in high-rise living. Portico offers floorplans for one-, two-, three-, and four bedroom residences with one-bedroom plus dens starting at $599,900 and four-bedroom homes at $1,652,000. The gracious homes feature up to 540 square-feet of additional outdoor living space, creating a true indoor-outdoor living experience. Additional amenities include an outdoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center and an upscale clubhouse.

Belgravia Group intends to bring its seamless homebuying process to Portico, including its commitment to build a sense of community before the community is built. With an estimated groundbreaking in Spring 2023, Belgravia will host periodic homeowner events allowing buyers to mix, mingle and meet their future neighbors before the first resident moves in. It’s all part of Belgravia Group’s trademark white glove service, which can be felt throughout the purchasing process. Sales for the development are being spearheaded by Scottsdale-based Cambridge Properties.

“We continue to be astounded by real estate sales numbers in North Scottsdale, and we’re especially proud of the way Portico has sold in this community,” said Keith Mishkin, CEO and President of Cambridge Properties. “We truly believe this is a condo community unlike any other in the Valley, delivering on all essentials for the North Scottsdale lifestyle — proximity to the Valley’s best dining and entertainment, easy access to freeways and a luxury living experience combined with the North Valley’s laidback vibe.”

The Lifestyle

Portico is a key piece in DMB’s One Scottsdale project, which upon completion will include 2.8 million square-feet of retail, restaurant and office space, 2,000 residential units and 400 hotel rooms.

The Scottsdale Road and Loop 101 Corridor has expanded with luxury amenities abound. Portico’s ideal location will put residents just a short distance from some of Scottsdale’s top dining, entertainment and shopping destinations, including Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, Chef Scott Conant’s Americano, TPC of Scottsdale and more. Plus, Portico’s proximity to the 101 allows easy access to all major cities throughout the Valley.

“We know Portico residents will find an easy home in the Scottsdale and 101 area,” Brooks said. “Portico simultaneously feels a world away and connected to it all.”
