About Mark Swartz

Mark’s career brings decades of experience in directing and managing complex development projects with a value-creation mindset. Skills include entitlement management, development management, project management, design management, construction management, master planning, infrastructure engineering, landscape architecture, urban design, and placemaking. Mark’s broad experience in a wide variety of project types includes management of large-scale international projects including planned communities, hotels and resorts, and golf communities. His work overseeing entitlements for mixed-use projects has required bulk infrastructure needs, revitalization, streetscapes, and parks, including integration of the contextual environment.

 

Mark brings a substantial depth of expertise and significant leadership skills to a range of real estate development projects through his understanding of the entire process from zoning and master planning; to conceptual design through construction documents; and construction and post-construction evaluation. As a landscape architect and land planner, Mark is an environmental steward and shares a concern for sustainable practices throughout the design process.
