Jim has been a sales leader in home building for over 20 years in Arizona. Prior to joining Cambridge Properties, Jim was a leader in sales and sales management for Del Webb, Engle Homes and most recently, Taylor Morrison. Jim’s experience launching new communities is unmatched in the marketplace. Jim’s responsibilities for Cambridge Properties are leading the sales efforts for the market expansion of The Belgravia Group into Arizona with their first community, Portico at One Scottsdale.

 

In his spare time, Jim is an investor and developer of commercial real estate. He is an avid golfer, lives in Carefree and enjoys an active, outdoor Arizona lifestyle.
