About Henry Kerson

Henry focuses on commercial real estate investment and tenant representation brokerage in Arizona and throughout the country. His clients include private investors, family real estate companies and larger institutions. He also represents local and regional tenants. Henry began his commercial real estate career at Marcus and Millichap in 2011, and joined Chris "Oz" Osborn at Real Companies in 2021. He has been the Designated Broker of Cambridge Commercial since 2024, at which point he also took on a consulting role in the payment processing industry. Henry is committed to consistently adding value to his clients and the Cambridge team. He has sold and leased more than $300M in more than 150 transactions in 18 States.

Henry works closely with his clients through every step of the commercial real estate investment and site selection processes. From location underwriting and business operations analysis to targeted investment returns, exits, or successful business operation, he provides valuable input on success factors, pricing, and market strategies. Henry regularly seeks out opportunities to protect and grow assets for his clients. He expertly negotiates listing agreements, purchase contracts, assists in obtaining and reviewing due diligence materials as well as assembling teams of qualified and reputable vendors. These vendors include CPA’s, attorneys, contractors, brokers, investors, landlords, tenants, title agencies, banks and mortgage brokers.

Raised in Greenpoint Brooklyn and the suburbs of Manhattan, he is driven by a long family history of love for people and business. He got to work early at age 12 in a deli and has been an employee or employer ever since. He is also a proud husband and father to his wife Alicia, 10-year-old daughter Cassidy and identical seven-year-old twin sons David and Michael. In his free time, he enjoys running, hiking, swimming, biking, golf, and snowboarding. Henry’s success from New York to Arizona, in business, in his family, and in the community are the result of his adventurous nature and dedicated work ethic.
