Belgravia closes on land for 88-unit condo project

Chicago developer Belgravia Group has closed on the land for Atavia, an 88-unit luxury condominium development located in North Scottsdale’s “new luxury corridor” at Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road.

Although it did not state the closing price, Belgravia said in a release that 66% of its first phase has been reserve since it announced the development last October.

Located within DMB’s One Scottsdale master plan and directly adjacent to Belgravia Group’s sold-out development, Portico, Atavia offers two-, three- and four-bedroom residences priced from the $800,000s to $1.8 million.

“With North Scottsdale experiencing continued and dynamic growth, it’s no surprise that the demand for Atavia has surpassed our expectations,” said Belgravia CEO Jonathan McCulloch.

Designed by the award-winning international architecture firm KTGY, Atavia includes a clubhouse inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s iconic Taliesin West. It also will include a pool and spa, fully equipped fitness center, private indoor/outdoor yoga studio, golf simulator, and lush courtyards.

“Each floor plan blends the breathability of single-family living, such as private entries and attached two-car garages, with the carefree convenience of condominium ownership,” Belgravia said.

Additional features include 10-foot ceilings, Italian cabinetry, and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Also available are in-unit private elevators and erooftop decks of up to 520 square feet.

Phoenix-based Cambridge Properties is leading the sales effort.
