Born and raised in Minneapolis, MN, Brian Dworsky brings good old fashioned hard working Midwestern ethics to his daily approach to life and real estate.
Upon moving to Arizona in 1991, Brian immediately jumped into sales with Monterrey Homes and winning multiple MAME Awards for his work at such signature properties as Pavoreal, Sky Top Troon, and 7600 Lincoln.
Brian also had the privilege of working with Geoffrey H Edmunds and Associates, helping deliver success at their exclusive luxury communities at Cheney Estates, Grayhawk, McDowell Mountain Ranch. Again he proved his ability to out work, out hustle and out sell the competition by winning multiple MAME awards, including the Top Sales Associates central Arizona and Top Volume Producer.
It was with this proven track record of success that Mr. Dworsky was able to help DMB Associates Inc. launch DC Ranch and Silverleaf. At DMB, Brian quickly rose through the ranks to become Associate Broker, Branch Manager of DMB Realty managing developer custom home site inventory, pricing and sales efforts. Seeing a strategic opportunity, he then moved into the role he helped create of Director of Finance and Development for DMB Finance Division. By developing and launching an in-house lending entity for DMB through a partnership with National Bank of Arizona and Zion Bank. By leveraging DMB’s extensive community portfolio, Brian was able to grow this in house lender to a $100 million enterprise responsible for the coordination of sales efforts for onsite sales associates in Arizona, California, Utah and Hawaii. Within 12 months the division financed approximately 85% of all DMB’s gross sales.
It is with this same dedicated spirit and enthusiasm that Brian Dworsky has joined Cambridge Properties as its Senior Project Manager already overseeing nearly $40 million in sales in less than one year on the job.
