Becky Neville


Becky began her real estate career in 1994 with Homes by Towne, where she worked as the assistant to the Vice President of the company handling administrative duties including letters of intent to purchase large pieces of land all over the Valley that Homes by Towne would be developing and handling administrative duties through the completion of the projects.

In 1996 she obtained her real estate license and began in New Home Sales with Homes by Towne and was a top performing agent for several years.  The background in administration, construction and new home sales has given her knowledge that gives her a unique skill set for real estate.

In 2003 she left New Home Sales and went to the Resale market at Coldwell Banker Grayhawk.  Her hard work and knowledge earned her top honors in Coldwell Banker as well as Nationwide.  She was the recipient of the 2004 International Presidential Award and Top Sales Agent.

During the downturn in the market she took a position at Talking Stick Resort as Lead Concierge and also tried her hand at a lease-up with Greystar working with a friend who was opening the brand new 56 North Property, which she found fun and interesting. With the market still struggling she took a position at the Westin Kierland Villas in timeshare sales, but still always wanted to return to New Home Sales.

In 2017 Becky joined Keith Mishkin and Dave Neale at Cambridge Properties who were at the time looking for a New Home Sales Agent. She knew IMMEDIATELY that she would enjoy working with David and Keith.  Now her career has come full circle and she is very happy to be with Cambridge Properties and Family Development selling “Encue at the Biltmore”.  It has been a fun and sometimes challenging ride but she is glad to be where she is – and right where she belongs!
