Denise has over 10 years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry spanning both California as a Broker and recently made a move to Arizona to continue her Real Estate Career. Specifically, Denise assisted those service providers with systems and programs to handle an overwhelming number of distressed properties that began to hit the market in 2008. A volatile year for anyone associated with real estate, lending and construction yet Denise held to her deep faith, servant leadership mindset and pressed on to find much success going against the grain of the distressed economy. Denise has also owned and managed several Brokerages in Southern California and prides herself in helping others in all aspects of the industry. These combined experiences left invaluable knowledge and opened doors for new opportunity.
